Assessment Framework
A structured three-phase evaluation of talent acquisition maturity across eight enterprise aviation domains. The client self-assessment and MachTen consultant scoring are completed independently — scores are revealed together in the joint review session.
Three-Phase Process: Phase 1 — Client completes self-assessment independently. Phase 2 — Consultant scores all domains with self scores hidden. Phase 3 — Both sets of scores are revealed together for the gap discussion and consulting debrief.
Step 02 of 06 — Domain Weight Configuration
Configure Domain Weights
Set the relative importance of each domain for this engagement. Weights must total 100%. Select a preset or adjust manually — these weights apply to both the self-assessment and consultant scoring phases.
MachTen Guidance: Compliance & Regulatory and Workforce Planning carry higher default weights due to legal exposure and operational criticality. Adjust to reflect the client's current strategic context and the engagement focus before beginning Phase 1.
Phase 1 — Self-Assessment
Instructions for Self-Assessor: Score each criterion honestly based on current organizational reality — not aspirational goals. The MachTen consultant will score these same criteria independently. Neither set of scores is visible to the other party until the joint review.
